MLS or Multiple Listing Service is composed of groups of discrete databases and real estate brokers. These databases provide estate agents with enough information to suppliers can submit the list. With the MLS, brokers are allowed for the exchange of information on the property in question represented, while potential buyers. The contract contains no mandatory MLS, or universal data formats. These are local databases and private, which are often used by a single broker or the participation of groups of people, brokers in a specific field. Given that reciprocal access to real estate agents, they are often known as the MLS, or Multiple Listing Service.
