In our school, i am a basketball varsity player. In our whole team i am the most diligent player but even if i am playing very careful accidents are always there. One morning, during our team practice one of my co-player got pain on his knee and we rushed him to our school clinic. Fortunately, our school nurse is there and right away she give first aid. Our school nurse said our co-player’s condition is very common to people who are playing basketball especially in excessive running and she called it as shin splints, a common term for shin pain that can be due to several different conditions.
