I absolutely hate furniture shopping for items for the kid’s bedrooms. They are so picky and seem to always choose the items that are very difficult to put together. I try to give my children all the choices possible but I generally steer them towards things that are easy to assemble or the floor model if it’s available. I just got my son one of those very popular race car beds. From the size of the box I thought it must already be put together in there, boy was I wrong.

It took nearly three hours to put the bed together the first time which turned out to be only half right. The second time didn’t take as long and I successfully put all but one pieces together. I really hope it’s not a necessary piece because I’m not entirely sure where it’s supposed to go. Now that the bed is book together for Chris I really just want to curl up on my personal favorite piece of furniture which is the couch. When the kids go to sleep tonight I plan to flip the Direct Star TV on and watch some television. I really need a little time for myself after this stressful endeavor of putting furniture together.
