I absolutely hate furniture shopping for items for the kid’s bedrooms. They are so picky and seem to always choose the items that are very difficult to put together. I try to give my children all the choices possible but I generally steer them towards things that are easy to assemble or the floor model if it’s available. I just got my son one of those very popular race car beds. From the size of the box I thought it must already be put together in there, boy was I wrong.
It took nearly three hours to put the bed together the first time which turned out to be only half right. The second time didn’t take as long and I successfully put all but one pieces together. I really hope it’s not a necessary piece because I’m not entirely sure where it’s supposed to go. Now that the bed is book together for Chris I really just want to curl up on my personal favorite piece of furniture which is the couch. When the kids go to sleep tonight I plan to flip the Direct Star TV on and watch some television. I really need a little time for myself after this stressful endeavor of putting furniture together. Kids always demand things right away and aren’t very patient. Hopefully he doesn’t grow out of that bed any time soon. Thanks for the post, Benito Trevino
