Five months ago I am one of those who are affected with employment recession. Fortunately, I got a new job to other company here in Wilmington North Carolina and I find this place wonderful, because it has good weather condition with long summer and short winter, its great beaches, low property taxes, low cost of living and low home prices. Apparently Wilmington is a nice and highly commercialized city where can find fine restaurant, galleries, theaters, quaint pubs and boutique shopping. After a month of living in apartment I decided to live permanently here and of course to buy my first property, a house.
I’m so thankful to my co-employee because he convinced me to make a deal with wilmington nc real estate where I got my new house. Now I’m living happily with my new home and wonderful place.
